Ketchup: What do you put it on?

What do you put ketchup on and/or what have you put it on in the past. Here is my list

:

1) Hamburgers (best to dip in ketchup)
2) Hot dogs
3) Boloney sandwiches
4) Ketchup sandwich or ketchup on toast
5) Eggs (better cooked into scrambled eggs)
6) Potatoes (fried, mashed, baked, whatever)
7) Once put ketchup on spaghetti noodles (not a good idea, but we ate it that one time).
8) Usually eat the last bits of the bottle plain after it drains down into the cap (about 3 capfulls typically)

I make tonkatsu sauce with ketchup, worchestershire sauce, sake, ginger and vinegar.

Disgusting stuff even the organic ones IMO. Chili, mustard, HP sauce yes but tomato ketchup yuk

Rosella Tomato Sauce for me (the made in Oz rather than HFCS laden import).

Used on
* Snags;
* Devon Sandwiches;
* poached eggs;
* occasionally put sauce on toast, and grill cheese into it.

I prefer the occasional snag with mustard. Like many Euros I will eat mayo and or catsup with potato chips.

Ketchup with hash browns is pretty natural.

Seriously, f-fries, or occasionally hashbrowns, as long as they're not with breakfast.

years ago wife found a recipe for homemade katsup. FINE!!! But it was an all day long ordeal with all the tomato cooking down and etc. Says she'll do it again sometime, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Naturally, in the winter when having 2-3 burners going all day long wouldn't be all that unpleasant, fresh homegrown tomatoes are unavailable.

Oh I forgot, I also have dipped potato chips in ketchup. And I remember as a kid, going to Canada a lot and buying many bags of Hostess ketchup flavored potato chips.

My kids reminded me today that they sometimes eat ketchup on peas.

I remember growing up...sometimes we ate ketchup sandwiches. Mom used to mix Miracle Whip and ketchup to make a salad dressing similiar to thousand island in a pinch...

Our favourite sandwich was two pieces of devon with sauce between them.

Ketchup belongs only on hamburgers, hotdogs and french fries. Anything else is an abomination!

I can tolerate ketchup, but don't voluntarily put it on anything. It's ok mixed with hot sauce for fry dipping.

I put good mustard (not generic yellow mustard) or hot sauce on everything that ketchup normally is associated with.

I'm actually tapering off my use of ketchup. I'll only use organic ketchup because I'm trying to not consume high fructose corn syrup. I put it on burgers along with mayo and mustard, hot dogs with mustard, fries or onion rings with mayo and sometimes scrambled eggs. Now, I've actually discovered that eggs are awesome with Habanero salsa.

One of my favorite uses for ketchup in the past? American cheese sandwich with ketchup. I'm gonna make one now.
