Not sure why anyone would trust a Russian anti-virus program.

This only applies to DOD.

Security-sensitive national applications tend to stay away from foreign products unless there are a lot of safeguards in place. I'd imagine that goes double for non-allies. Makes sense, no?

I never would trust any software that embeds itself so much like virus checking from anything in former soviet Block or USSR itself or China.

Virus software is trust. None here.

Already shadow-banned in the DoD arena, and frowned upon in non-DoD government circles. Passing a law is just for show.
