My basic philosophy when shopping for a daily driver: must have all wheel drive (hmm too bad it didn't ask anything about that...my job requires getting to work no matter how much snow is on the ground-- no excuses), plenty of power on tap when needed, cargo capacity, and legroom. Not much else matters to me, looks are pretty far down the list...

They nailed it; I got similar results to bretfraz, but I actually agree with mine.

I got a tie (88%), between an '02 Miata and a '00 Civic, that was broken by a single question. I chose fuel economy as more of a factor than whether I minded driving a girly car, and they gave me the Civic. I'd be totally happy if I had an '00 Civic sedan with an '02 Miata in the garage as my toy.

An ex-girlfriend had an '03 Miata and that still sticks in my mind as the most pleasurable car I've ever driven. And all through high school (mid 90's), I wanted a Civic. I didn't like when they changed the body style so I didn't even test drive a new one in '04 when I bought my Mazda3. The new ones look good though.

I don't know that anyone actually "respects me on the streets", but I did come out ahead on a 0-50mph race with an SVT Lightning the other day, on dirty wet pavement of course!!! He thought he'd go by me after a red light in a "right lane ends ahead" lane, but that didn't work out for him.

The superchargers on those things sure are loud, BTW!

I'd like to take the quiz but I'm afraid it would say I should be driving the 02 Xtreme. I just hope it's more reliable than the 01 Xtreme I have now. That's got to be the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned.
