Wow, you picked up 6 quarts of M1, a filter, a funnel...and Friskies for under $40? Nice! Not sure what the Friskies will do for your engine, but hey, to each their own.
Just kidding, of course. Can't go wrong with M1 and the Motorcraft.

I think the Vic will like it..Glad to see you got a Motorcraft filter.
Do you really need the high mileage oil?..I have never used high mileage oil in any of my cars and alot of them really had high mileage.

My last fill was M1 5w30 HM and a P1 filter. The combo did great as far as I can tell. My current fill is M1 0w-40 and an M1 filter, 30 bucks on sale at AZ last month.
M1HM is my favorite Mobil oil.. I'd hit it.
next time run the non synthetic-and save some serious money. That engine will run 500K miles on wahtever bulk oil the fleet/police service areas are using
