What is happening in Iraq was predicted years ago. Saddam kept a lid on the militants. Iraq now is in worse shape.

No. Iraq is simply returning to its normal state after being forcibly changed. The US had their civil war, Iraq should be allowed to do the same.

We Americans live by the separation of religion and government,with Islam ,religion IS their government and they love it like we love our Country.
They feed ..festering in their faith while the rest of the world looks on and gets closer to the reality that they ,the most radical, cant be worked with ,they cant be changed, trusted or given quarter.
We cant "nuke" just anybody(or even them) because we think it might prevent future American losses and loose talk about that is dangerous.
What we need to do is put them in a box ,quarantine them to the point that they'll have no choice but to play nice.No trade, no open accounts anywhere ,blockades, power stations off, cellular off, block satcomm ,no international travel visas ..NOTHING.Take away the tools by which they spread their hate and violence.
Enter; Russia ,China, North Korea who use radical Islam to fight against us, U.S.
By the time America really wakes up,our southern border will be non-existent,Russia(via Islam) will be the dominate world power and we'll owe our soul to China.

Why would you want to nuke Iraq? Let them deal with their own enemy and let their own people get a military leader that sort out this mess.
Yeah, we went in the 2nd time because Saddam has WMD and now we are in a mess when there's a power vacuum, so we'll use a WMD on them to eradicate the fundamentalists that moved in after Saddam is gone.

Brazil got away from an oil economy by developing their sugar cane alcohol fuel. It was slow and painful for them but they did achieve a certain amount of independence by doing it.

Bombing them into oblivion (and glass) is one way, but another approach is to just drop the price of oil to about $70/barrel. Not only would this get their attention, you'd also get Putins. A two-fer.....
