I'm scared to ask....What's Synlube?

Sounds like a good reason to dodge that expensive life lesson and stick with oil's you know and trust..

Oh, I'm not thinking of using it. It's just everything I've seen posted on here sounds so fake, trollish. I just wondered if anyone has ever really seen the stuff or knows anything about it. The website is just bad. I also like the labels on the bottles. They look like a printed piece of paper, from a home computer, glued to the bottle.

If it's not enough that The State of Nevada has "Permanently Revoked" Synlube's business license, meaning that "legally" they cannot operate in Nevada, though they do.

The Nevada BBB give's Synlube a rating of (F) stating this rating is given as they are not legally licensed. to operate.

If the Synlube trolls weren't enough to make you stay away from them, hopefully this information makes any fence sitters aware, to stay away. As mentioned previously all this information is available online, through the State of Nevada,Dept.of Taxation, business entity search, or the Nevada BBB.

I choose not to do business with a company that is operating illegally.

Nice find, thanks for sharing. Maybe now this discussion will end, they'll pack up and try pushing their product elsewhere.

I am working on that.

We can always hope.

I Google street viewed 2995 E. SUNSET RD in Vegas and there is a strip mall with no "Lube" stores, maybe just a mail drop.

Now that is really interesting information that you found nucleardawg. How can anybody argue with that-the State of Nevada permanently revoking their business license. And the Nevada BBB giving Synlube a F rating.

Does that not really say everything that needs to be said?

Now that is interesting information also Audi Junkie. I should have thought of doing something like that myself. I wish I had also thought about checking with the BBB of Nevada.

So there is just a strip mall with no lube stores and maybe just a mail drop at that location, huh?

What else really do we need to know about Synlube?

I don't know if Synlube is legit or not. At this point, I don't care. What I do know is that my friends and colleagues here were insulted by proponents of the product, which has completely turned me off to ever using it.

Well, nucleardawg, 'deafening silence' is quite a change in behavior for the Synlube fans that appeared here-jonny-b, captain_kirk, and the other guy.

Maybe too bad the State of Nevada does not find out that Synlube is apparently operating illegally!

I think a business would have to do something very, very bad to have its business license permanently revoked.

And I doubt that the BBB of Nevada gives out F ratings to a business lightly.
