For your viewing pleasure... an OEM Hyundai/Kia 504 Mann/Hummel. I had this on my 2015 Kia Optima lease with Valvoline Synthetic 5w-30 for right at 4,500 miles. This is the last oil change before the lease goes back to the mothership, and I will then start driving my 2005 Ford Freestyle with over 290k every day. Truthfully I'd rather drive the Ford. This Optima is mind numbingly boring. Anyway enjoy the pics.

Looks good considering wavy pleats. Probably from moisture being boiled off now that we are in winter

Thanks for c&p

Yeah, these OEM fikters don't tear like MOPAR oem filter that someone posted while back with huge slice

I've been using those over the Toyo-Roki supplied MD352626 on my Mitsubishi 6G72, they are pretty decent filters at a pretty decent price! That filter is built like a tank.

I switched to a Fram Ultra XG9688, simply because the oil filter sits right over the front differential and is a PITA to get to and clean up after, otherwise the oil leaks onto the differential and I gotta clean up my driveway until it completely dries up.

Looks almost exactly as a Ultra8 oil filter as far as the cartridge.. However I'm a big fan of Genuine parts.. My Mothers Hyundai uses the same filter and I have been using it on hers when she needs a oil change. Its also a Mann Hummel and Mann Hummel makes Excellent filters in general

First time switched the Hyundai OEM to Fram Ultra for my 2018 Hyundai Sport TGDI recently. It's much smoother and quieter that I didn't have before so far. Really could feel the difference. Even help to improve a lot the poor warm up time during cold start in the winter morning or cold outside parking lot.
Highly recommend to try.
