Use a blow dryer to heat glue up enough to be able to remove tape, then something like goo gone will break up glue into liquid form and of course you would want to do a small area to see how the goo gone will affect your plastic or synthetic leather... Rubbing alcohol should work as well, just a mater of trial and error, error being how the chemicals affect the color of surface your applying it to.
A lot will depend on the console surface itself. WD40 might work here and it is innocuous on most surfaces. Harsher chemicals might remove the tape but also damage the underlying console.
