How Many miles on Max Life Syn with Mobil 1 filter

Car in question is a 98 Acura Integra GSR with 107K. Car is very well cared for. Performed two Auto RX treatments on it. 90K and 100K Second one probably wasn't needed. Runs like new.

Have been running Havoline Dino 10/30 with Napa Gold filters for 3K OCIs past 3 or 4 changes.

I want to put in Max Life Syn 5w30 with a Mobil One filter for the winter and want to get through till the spring. Thoughts? And how many miles could I go on this set up. Lots of Highway with a good amount of city driving. A failry good amount of 7-8k RPM shifts

I think you'll be good for 7,500 miles IF you do not do alot of very short drives like under 3 miles to work.

It's a good oil I run for 6 mo or 7500

Thanks! I'll probably go 7500. As I understand it this oil is not a full syn.

From waht I understand it's probably the best oil valvoline blends.

OCB, any luck reducing oil loss? How much do you average right now?
