I recall going to an endodontist office once that was Doctors Hitchcock, Fear, and Payne. Unfortunately, I can't find them any more and lost the business card.

The SF law firm Morrisson&Foerster goes by MOFO. Their website is mofo.com. I recently had to do with them. They truly are mofos.
In the town of Yeovil in Somerset, England there is a firm of solicitors (attorneys for you americans) called Doolittle and Dally.
Sounds like a very laid back law firm.
