Here's my Auto-Rx plan want to run it by

Have a 2004 BMW X3 3.0 plan on using the BMW 5w30 oil since I understand it to be Group III and ok to use with Auto-Rx. It has 30,000 miles on it and has used the BMW recommended OCI of 15K. To long from what I have read. Since my oil changes are covered I plan on doing a mid-point 7.5k oil change myself using the oil they do, once the Rx round is complete.

The second vehicle is a 2003 Passat W8 and VW is fussy about 5w-40 syn oil. So I planned on using Penzoil Plat Euro 5w-40 for the Rx treatment again since I understand it to be Group III and Rx compatible.

If anyone see any problems with this please let me know.

I see no problems. I would think that you would be wise to do the maintenance dose. You may just be able to do that from the start. I guess it would be best to assure that it's clean though. 15k is a stretch given the potential for varied duty.

Could not find any Penzoil Euro so I am going with Rotilla 5w-40

Are you intending 7500 (roughly) OCI with RTS? It should take that without breaking a sweat.
