I need to get new shoes for the dually, I need some opinions.
I think I have it narrowed down to two choices: Both are an LT235/85R16E

1.Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10 RWL $173 installed
2. Cooper Discoverer AT/3 BLK $177.20 installed

I like the looks of the white letter tires but it would be a PIA rotating them on the dually. I like the fact that the Coopers are made in the USA and currently have a $75 MIR. It appears the Cooper's also have a 55,000 mile warranty, the 50,000 Hankook warranty only applies to p metric sizes!
The only other thing is I have a set of the Hankooks in a P245/65R17 on the Envoy and they seem to be a little squirrely in the steering department. The dealer said he has noticed this as well in the P-metric sizes and assured me the LT's were different. I am going to increase the tire pressure to (44 psi) to see if it helps.

Just my observation, but on the company trucks, we have had alot of trouble with Hankook dynapros. Broken belts and flats. Although I havent bought a Cooper in awhile, they were always good tires, the ones I bought.

Here is a link from another post on a test of the Coopers. I have not seen any test data on the Hankooks just based this on the numerous reviews on DTD.
