Found out I could pick up my Amsoil at the warehouse, here 2 miles from my job, with the perfered customer discount, I bought ASL for 5.70 per quart, I can't get PP for that. Whooooohoooo!!! I just mope my little 4 banger likes it. Will be doing a 7500 OCI at first.

Amsoil in an Aveo? Surely you can extend beyond that. Or is the 7500 just to test the waters?

I like those cars. Wish the mileage was better, though.

Yes its just to test the waters

I have been getting way over the rated MPGS in this car. Its rated for 34MPG and the last trip I took to visit family, 260 miles of highway, I have 40MPG. I have been one of the lucky ones who have had great gas mileage, I get 28 - 30 city as well, which is higher than advertised. I have a lead foot too. I live this car to pieces.

YOU ARE SO LUCKY! If I was in your situation I would eat right and exercise so I could enjoy this warehouse longer. In fact I wish I lived next to any oil warehouse. I would apply for night security job at said warehouse and set booby trabs that would make RAMBO proud... two dobermans
Zeus and Apollo... IT'S MY OIL! Stay the oops sorry started fantasizing. What if secratary at said warehouse used to be in movies...oops can't stop this....

LUCKY PERSON YOU!

How did this digress into warehouses of all sorts??

The additive package Amsoil is using is also very robust.

What is their additive and what makes it that great?

I'm about 30 minutes from their Chicago warehouse, I feel pretty lucky myself!

I'm the Southside of Chicago, and if I leave before traffic starts I can make the warehouse in 47 minutes maybe less. milage its 35 miles from my door.

What part of the South Subs are you in?

I went to the distributor in Orlando. The clerk behind the counter told me from now on, call your orders in to the 800 line and then you can pick up your order. I live 160 miles one way from Orlando and only go there when I am returning from vacation and have to pass the place anyway. Have you had any problems with the distributor in your area Da Game?

It better not be that way at my warehouse, or I will be going from Happy Customer to going back to PP. I like ordering online!!!!

I'm in Tinley Park. It might be a little more than 30 minutes but I have a tendency to drive pretty fast.

Your car is most likely an anomaly; you will probably never find another car like it. Never ever sell-it/trade-it-in to buy another car; you will regret it if you do.

They like when you call the order to Amsoil. Then they can ready your order before you arrive.

When I went to the Portland warehouse the guy was suprised that I had ordered it ahead.

This doesn't just apply to AMSOIL, by the way. A lot of distributor warehouses are that way. Most don't like to deal with small volume consumers anyway and are used to business orders calling ahead of time.
