Guess who I saw tonight?

I went to the Mission Ranch in Monterey, CA for dinner. None other than Clint himself was at the bar!

Looking old, but it was neat to see him in person. He was talking to other folks, so I wasnt going to be a buffoon and go up to talk.

Neat all the same. That is all...

There are few famous people I'd like to meet, he's one of them.

He's a fixture in that area, especially in Carmel.

It's hard to believe, but his career spans something like 50 years. "Rawhide," his first big role, started in 1959.

I wonder how many times people have come up to him and said, "Make my day!"?
I may have gone up to him and simply said , "Thanks!". Then take it from there depending on his response.

I'm sure that he's seen it all before over his career. I might enlist a waitress to inquire if he'd rather be left alone or if he could entertain an interruption. They may already know whether he needs to be left alone or if he's in the mood for such intrusions.
