Great Horned Owl

This bird visits our yard each evening about dusk. He is hunting toad frogs. I took this image through a window of the house.

those are awesome birds! i have 2 in different locations where i hunt that pays me a close visit every morning i am in the tree stand. magnificent! he/she stares at me for some time moving his head in circles checking me out. so cool
