When I lost the key to my gas cap, my mechanic got it off somehow with a screwdriver. Locking gas cap may not stop him.

I would have got a camera and then called the cops. Nothing is worse than having a feud with neighbors, especially if you fear retribution. But if they know you're a gun freak like me, it makes it bettah!
