I'm paying time warner nearly 50 per month for 10/1 service, so 5/1 for free would be just great.

I have no need for gigabit.

Sounds about right. $55/mo for 10/1 plus 9.95 if you want Turbo (20/2). fGod the pricing drives me nuts with the campaigns.

I'm sure they'll quickly crack down on P2P though and inspect high-usage people, it would be a shame if people ruined this and got us a cap because they keep using 10 terabytes of data a day.
I guarantee they'll crack down.Something this good of a deal to not be "abused"?

2 more left in our area and we've pre-registered. Hopefully 2 more signs up have almost a month left don't see why. I'll cherish the day I tell TWC to shove it.

Our neighborhood has met it's goal! Close to the high school which helps. 7th in the ranking of those. I amazed with this area.. now to see if it'll actually happen.

Google gigabit internet will put time warner out of business. Time warner should jump on the gigabit internet before google comes to all of their markets

How is Google doing the last mile networks? Are they really going to go out and rip up the streets? Or have they bought someone else's dark fiber in the KC area?
