MY 5yr old gatorback belt just started squeeking and is pretty brittle. temporarily, I just bought a $10 belt to run but I want to get a warranty new gatorback belt.

If i remember correctly it was like $40 and has a lifetime warranty? what is the procedure for getting a replacement. (phone #?)

B4 I found out you could special order the GdYr Gatorback at Auto Zone, I went to a Goodyear repair center and they wanted $48 or so-parts and labor! I said no, I just want to buy the part and I'll put it on. The service mgr looked at me like a trouble maker and said- $48.00. I waited until I could special order one. Hope I never have to go to a Goodyear Tire center again. Or is it- Gemini now?

Gemini with goodyear written in big letters on the side.

Wow $21, thats weird AutoZone usually has good prices on this stuff. Im surprised they marked it up almost 200%.

Check Advance Auto.

I've never been a fan of the goodyear belts as they haven't proven themselves to be worthy. They don't last nearly as long as the OEM honda parts I use and those things last forever. If I had the choice, cheap belts for me.
