I've given up on the reasons....

So, where do you think it will top out?

My guess: 5.29/gallon.

You don't even have to give a reason why. Winner will get a cookie...

$3.95 with no attack on Iran. If Israel takes out the "peaceful" nukes then $8.50. Soft chocolate chip with pecans please.

Some stations in South of Orange County are already charging $4.49 for 87 Octane !

Average in Orange County will be $5.29 for 87 Octane, average in 48 states will be $4.79.

Ive already seen 4.19 on LI, NY.

Id anticipate that we don't see $5 in NJ, but premium fuel in more expensive states will pass $5.

If the Rothschilds decide to add more countries to the private banking system, then who knows.

Watch the world literally stop turning if it hits 5 dollars...

It will throw us into a huge economic slump, I wont be doing special trips soon, nothing besides work and walmart.

I guess some people will be affected that way, but realistically unless the prices of gas doubled I don't see it doing that.

Here in Colorado, I'm sure we'll see $4.00/gallon. We have local pipelines here, so our gas is among the cheapest in the country. Right now, regular is $3.04/gallon.

peaceful summer $6, war invasion non-proliferation police action, $8

On a personal note:
I'm wondering how much longer before my older bro buys another econo-car.
last time gas tickled $4, he parked his Ram (later sold), and bought the Neon I now have. couple yrs go by, gas goes back down, "this neon isn't that fun to drive anymore" and buys a Mustang GT.
He Currently owns 3 Vehicles, all Thirsty V8's
'98 Mustang GT 5 speed - less than 16k mi (5-Speed, Rush Hour Commute, parked)
'06(07?) Dakota auto 4x4, slight Lift, skid plates, and the "High Output" V8(or so the emblem on the tailgate says)
'06 Mustang GT Auto(rush hour commute), not sure what all mods he's done to it...( does get better mileage than the Dakota...)

but, correct me if im wrong here, (I've not been in the mountain time zone for some time), but isn't "regular" out there 85 octane, where back east (from my travels in the Central & Eastern time zones) "regular" is 87. not sure how much a difference that really makes, but i'm sure some.

and Pardon my language, but $3.04????[censored] me!
Currently $3.75 in the town that has the refinery that Produces 25% of the Gas sold in Ohio.

Holy Mother!!! I haven't seen gas here lower than $1/liter in years!! I'm jealous..

Currently at about $1.129/liter

According to an article in the newspaper a few days ago, they predicted our local prices will be about $1.50/L by spring and right around $2/L by summer...
