Hello, I tried searching but couldn't find what I'm looking for. Ok, I have a tremec tko600 and the recommended fluid is either Atf or Gm syncromesh. The recommended pn is GM 12345349 but thats been replaced by 8890033. So I bought some off Amazon, it has 8890033 and the ac delco pn 10-4006 but also has 75w80 on it, which the picture on Amazon didn't. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? Thanks

My guess is the fluid recommended for your transmission is a GL-4 75w-80, which AC Delco rebranded and bottled as Synchromesh. Hopefully @MolaKule or others who know more than I do on the subject chime in. Good luck!

You'll be ok with this MTF.

It is a medium viscosity MTF with a viscosity of approx. 7.3 cSt@100C.

Ty Molakule, it just threw me that 1 bottle has 75w80 on it and the other one didn't but both had same recommended pn. How do you know if something is yellow metal safe? Thats one thing Tremec said was important fluid wise for the tko600

Any dedicated MTF is safe for copper alloy components because of chemistry in the DI additive package which inhibits any corrosion.
