Good morning. I just fed the animals and made coffee.....'just got up, in other words.
The RT 45 revision is news to me. The 43's must've been old stock.
Since I believe these people to be honorable, I doubt the 43's are too, too old.

I asked about the RT 43 because the tire is so often mentioned here.
I won't need tires for a while as I'm just 27 months and 20K miles into my Cooper CS-5's.

FYI:
I stopped by a good tire joint in No. New Jersey and priced a set of 4 in 205-55-16 T-rated.
$161 each + state sales tax. That'd total $644 + $42.66 = $686.66.
mounting/balancing/disposal/valves included.

There are too many better options out there at that price range. Pricier but best Michelin cross climate. Bridgestone weather peak. Check out the tire rack website and type in your size and sort by highest rated. That’s the quickest way to see the best ones. Most places match the price or you can order from them and pay about 100 for installation. One thing you have going for you is that all tires in that size range are very affordable relatively speaking.
