Found an "Easter egg" in the Reatta

I'm in the process of removing the carpet from my Reatta, and when I lifted the driver's side I found this guy hanging out on the floor. I can only assume this tag was attached to steering column.

Although it means nothing now, I think I'll tuck it in the owner's journal with the rest of the documents.

It may very well be, the seat and trim are still installed so I was only able to lift up a portion of the carpet on that side.

Probably to prevent the assemblyman in the factory from breaking the clock spring. You don't want to free spin a steering wheel, especially with an airbag.

I wouldn't call it a restoration, more of a refreshing. I had to remove the seats to access some wiring that runs under the carpet, so I figured I might as well do a deep clean while it's apart.
