forum linking issues?

in the web browsers Opera and IE, the entire main forum page seems to be sub-linked to the schaeffer site... whats up with that? I was just trying to even change my sig. and clicking ANYWHERE on the page that was not a primary link or button pops up the schraffers site, even clicking within the text window to reposition the cursor.

The site has been buggy all day and I have noticed it more frequently in IE with the......well....frankly.....irritating flashing...ahem........ad.....

I'm getting red underlines EVERYWHERE.

I switched to FireFox for this site.

When I would login the site wouldn't respond periodically, yet if I opened another browser I could connect. I think the issue is cookie/session related, there's some sort of locking issue. This happened ever since the forum switched over to the new board.

I just tried to search and got sent to Schaeffer's site. The mods need to know and fix this. HELLO, MODERATORS!

I PM'd Patman yesterday....he said he hadn't see any weirdness.

Then today I pm'd ekpolk and wwilson, no response yet.

There are at least two threads on the issue right now.

Well you have to admit that is some great advertising for Schaeffers...

Maybe the site management people are trying to de-program the GC guys. Just be thankful it is not stuck on the RP site....imagine the love-hate arguments that would set off.
