We've already figured out all the locations found for his business are mail box services. Well, except for that one that someone found that looked like a house in the middle of no where. Now if you force the issue they are in Mercury, NV and you need DoD clearance to get in there.

Funny last time i checked the ls1 engine was one of the best engine ever made, but who I am to say so ,MIRO is omnipotent and know everything .
