He assumes all 150 grams are carbs. Carbohydrates are 4 calories per gram.

The water content needs to be accounted for in this case.

Statement could not be further from the truth without knowing the goals of OP or anyone else for that matter.

People don't ask such questions when their main concern is flavour.
It's usually weight loss (if you haven't already figured it out).
