The only problem I see is the box on the lower right is backwards.

I have a box of acdelco filters i got off rockauto for my malibu stocked in the closet. Along with 2 cases of napa syn oil. Lol

Lol ya mine are in bedroom closet also haha. I just rather have them in temp controlled environment because that's like 6ish yrs of filters lol.

If you paid full price, kind of pointless to have more than one or two extra.
If a good deal (like half off) or for multiple vehicles using the same filter, then yeah, I would stock up too (I have 5 Wix made Carquest Blue's for the Scion, they were ~$2.25 each).
And yes, they are stacked wrong, they should be in a 4x4 cube, not that weird lopsided tower with one facing the wrong way, and have the odd ball box in the back corner unseen, but first used.

I have that many Ultra Guards. Paid $6 each for them. Sure beats paying $12 for a M1. I'm set for 3 years.
I'll pay $6 for an U/G. But wouldn't even think of paying more than $1 for a Carquest, M/C, Puro, etc.

You did good then. Worst case you can sell them off for at least what you paid if you sell the truck before they are used.

Normal guy to me ... I ordered 6 XG's yesterday since they have been creeping up at Walmart - was not out ... And even had Mobil 1's ... Just getting a good deal while you can ... (I use on Ford/GM both) ...
Hhahaha I have probably 60 filters in my shop and I know I have a problem...
