Extreme ape-hangers?

all drama aside,does anyone know where i can get a pair of these pants?

The other day I was behind a guy with pretty extreme ape hangers, though not up to the standard in that photo. We were going down a fairly winding road with some nice sweeping turns and a few tight ones, and I must say he didn't look all that stable steering around the bends. I decided to back off on my bike, "just in case." I was trying to imagine the mindset that would deliberately go out and ride fast dangerously while in great discomfort just to look a certain way. I wonder if he realizes that about 95% of the people that see him are thinking "what an idiot?"
