Who knows.
The problem with most GP III based 0W-20 oils is that their NOACK percentage is close to 15%.
Presumably this is something different or an improvement on ENEOS's regular 0W-20. Sustina is not showing up yet on ENEOS' regular website. I suspect it is only available in Japan at present.

Their Japanese page says that it has 70% less sulfur, not sulfur-free.

What?
I was seeking to express my opinion that when the Eneos branded Motor Oil that is produced and sold in Grade 0W-50 heats up, it will "shear" down to a 40-wt. due to the large spread of VIIs needed to get from a OW rating to a 50-wt. KV.

Or maybe it doesn't. It's ok to say you suspect it would but to say it does without first seeing a test or at least seeing how much VIIs they use is nothing but judging a product based on it's API weight.

OK?
And similarly, a 0w-40 oil will possibly shear down to a 30-grade. Nothing new here.

Not if it is PAO and Ester based like Eneos. M1 0w-40 mixes in Group III which is probably where you get the shear from
The ZP sulfur free advantage is likely an exaggeration and the WBase base oil's improved cold flow properties sounds great but lets see the stat's like MRV.
ENEOS are GP III based oils. Their high VI (200 +) 0W-20 does shear
close to 10% almost immediately but then stabilizes. The VI of their 0W-50 at 195 is not quite as high so it may not shear as much but it certainly will shear.
