e85 and engine oil

In my 2010 fusion 3.0 v6 i have been using e85 regularly and i'm wondering how much if any it affects oil life. I'm using edge FST 5w20 which has been in there since the 2nd oil change. In the manual it states to change oil at 5 grand i think if using e85. Also i remember in the SN literature i've read it's supposed to protect better in alt fuel cars? Car has around 26 grand on it.

I have not noticed any differences in my UOAs running E85 or E10. I have ran 2 or 3 OCIs with E85 and the UOAs did not blip at all. I am not sure if you have to run it for an extended time to see a difference or not.
