Does a 20w protect well enough for heavy towing?

use the 5w20 it will flow faster and keep the bearings a little cooler

20 weight protects very well and keeps the bearing temp a little lower.

Odd, because transports run 15w40 and 5w40 doing FAR more work than a gasser...... I think 20w50 is an overrated grade with the abundance of fantastic HDEO's available.
