Lets use this thread to post readings from oil pressure gauges.
Write oil pressure at idle when cold and warm, how much it spikes when cold, max oil pressure fully warmed and how it develops with rpm. Is there a drop on your max oil pressure if you overheat your oil?
I don't have an oil pressure gauge but this post from a Cayman owner caught my eye.

My 94 f-150 with the straight 6 has 45psi cold at idle and that is the bypass pressure. At operating temp its 20psi at idle and goes up to 45 by 2000 ish rpm.
 
My near 40 year old Triumph:

80psi cold idle
85 with a few revs, but I guess this is where the pressure relief valve kicks in.

50psi 3000rpm when hot

25-30psi hot idle.
 
On my G8, it hot idles at about one Bar, and goes to about three Bar in normal driving.

On my Xj12, it hot idles at about two Bar, and goes to four or five Bar in normal driving.

I think modern vehicles use less pressure to save energy. I don't pay attention to cold pressures.

edit: The S-10 hot idles around 20 psi, and is around 50 psi, or so, in normal driving.

I don't pay much attention to pressures, really. I doubt these cheap electric senders are very accurate, and a lot of pressure is really not required.

My old Pontiac has the original gauge so the numbers are probably wrong:
warm weather
cold idle - 75
cold 3000 RPM - 80
warm idle - 35
warm 3000 RPM - 65

cold weather
cold idle - 80 + a half inch
cold 3000 RPM - 80 + a half inch
warm idle - 50
warm 3000 RPM - 75 to 80

Once it's warmed up it doesn't go past 80 at any RPM.
 
03 durmax 183000 miles

500rpm 75psi cold
2000rpm 90-100psi cold

500rpm 18-25psi hot
2000rpm 55-65psi hot
3000rpm 75psi hot

relif valve setting is 65psi

I know these are accurate, dealer checked my guage and sending unit. These were compared aginest a mechincial gauge.

wife's 90 grand prix 3.1(with ~190K miles at the time) on whatever 5w30 i threw in it.

60PSI on a cold start, never gave it enough RPMs when cold to rise above that, i generally stayed below 2,000 at all times anyways.

hot idle(200*F coolant temps after driving long enough), around 10-15PSI at 600RPM, depending on how old the oil was.

hot driving: at 55, i'm a little over 1,600RPM, generally saw 30-35PSI. at 70, just under 2,100RPM, 45-50PSI range.

My 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2L will run 30 psi at idle on 170F oil. 60 psi at 2K rpms. And any other temps or rpms it routinely hits 75-78 psi, the relief valve settings.
 
85 k20 6.2 diesel 250000 miles. 60 cold idle, 70 cold and revved. 20 warm idle and 45-50 down the road. 84 suburban with 350, 30lbs hot idle in gear, 60 hot idle in park, and waaaay past 60 down the road and cold idle

About the same for my Cherokee with an AMC I6.

Cold idle: 45
Cold Driving: 60 (no doubt at bypass)

Hot idle: 20
Hot driving: 50-60

I noticed no pressure difference at hot idle with Rotella T6 or a 5w30/5w-20 mix.
