Deux Chevaux

Stopped to visit the kids/grandkids in Windsor yesterday.

They took us all out to MotorBurger and I had the Deux Chevaux hamburger . Very tasty !!

That's what I thought as well.
The car is neat and intersting.

There are any number of "award winning" burgers.
There are very few world class peasant's cars and the Duck was one of the best.
If I run across one at a resonable price, I'll put it in my garage.
OTOH, when I next find myself in Windsor, I'll surely try the burger, based on your recommendation.

Actually horse meat is not that bad, look at the Brits, they had it unknowingly for 2 month and where not able to tell the difference between horse and cow

I looked at the recipe and it's just about the same as the ones that my wife makes except her's don't have the spinach. In fact we are having them this evening.
