I want to like Rock Auto but I still haven't gotten used to how hard they try to avoid human contact. I went ahead and got them to give me a new one (or perhaps just got my money back?). Returns are easy enough, if you can get used to the idea that you aren't going to be talking to a human being at RA.

I ordered a Honda one from an online dealer that was dinged up on the top and upon asking I was sent a replacement.
