It’s a newer house I’d say less than 25 years old and in a nice suburban neighborhoodThe denied coverage has nothing to do with past claims. A repaired roof is less risk than an old roof etc. It has something to do with the age of the home or the neighborhood or even some other off the wall excuse. Our area had mass cancelations a few years back and everyone was told to replace their shingles, metal roof or else even though some were new. It was nothing more than a major insurance company wanting to withdraw from the area.
