CS5 Ultras vs Grand Touring & Changing Tire sizes

I have the ultras and I would stay with them for ride quality. The 80k tire is going to be harder rubber. Jmo.

I'm on 225 50r17 and I usually get the rated tread life out of my ultras, I'm most of the way through my 2nd set.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking since I currently drive so much is it really worth more out of pocket/more frequently just to have the sportier/gripper tire. It's roughly $56 less for a set of 4 Grand instead of Ultra.

My other concern would be whether or not going from OE 195/55R15 to 185/60R15 would yield more positives that negatives (taller ride, overall diameter but lighter tire and smaller footprint/slightly less Revs. Which is better for fuel economy if I do a blend of city and highway, etc.

Lastly, is this small of a change enough to cause extra braking work or suspension problems?
