My church was having a boiled crawfish fundraiser today. I bought my lady friend and I each a ticket ($15). Included were 4 lbs. of boiled crawfish, 2 potatoes, 2 ears of corn, and a sausage link. They were boiled perfect!

I love crawfish. My southern raised wife cannot figure out how I spent my entire life in NY but a list of my favorite foods reads like a Cracker Barrel menu.
