Yep, it's on their web site.

I was in Costco yesterday. Signs in the store and above the pumps state that this is the case. My cars run well on it. I would purchase it more often if Costco wasn't at the other end of the county.

They just opened a Costco with a gas station a mile off my route to work. I've been filling up there and saving $0.20 - $0.30 per gallon compared to the alternatives. Given that my Nissan has a 20-gallon tank, I'm saving $5 - $6 per fill-up. I'll take it!

Really!? You've been able to conclude that Costco gas was the cause!?

it has honestly been only a few cases, but the driver of one of those vehicles worked for Costco and only filled up with Costco gas. It was years ago, Costco might be using more additives now

Haha I thought that emoticon was a smiley smokin a fatty.

Costco "Clean Power Stations" aren't available in California. That's ok since there is at least 1 76 and 1 Shell with equal or lower pricing (regular unleaded only though - premium is priced higher at both stations) in my area. If we ever get the Kirkland gas with additives, will the pricing will stay the same?

I tested the high-grade costco gas for ethanol.....and much to my surprise, it didn't have any!
All stations here in Montreal, with the exception of Shell V-power contains ethanol.

No Ethanol = 100% pure gas
Can't go wrong with that.
I'm sticking to Costco.

Price would most likely stay the same.

I've used Costco gas for a bit. One location closest just got in the 'additive system' while another a little ways further had it for a couple years before, and they are always the same price.

A Costco near me just opened a gas station and I've been using strictly Costco fuels on my cars for the last 2 months. They are consistently $0.20 cheaper than average fuel prices in the NYC area. I don't notice any change in my family's cars, except for one. My father has a 2006 Explorer with the triton V8. We know with 90k miles on the odo, the dreaded sparkplug change is becoming a necessity. I've had the CEL blink after going WOT previously so I know a tuneup is coming due. First time I filled it up with Costco 87, it started sputtering and bucking at anything over 3k RPM. I threw in some Regane drove it around cruising on the highways. After about a quarter tank down, I filled up with Sunoco 91 and all symptoms went away.

I habitually use regane about once a year on all my cars and as about 3 months of fillups at Costco will end up paying for a bottle of it for each car, I'll stick with Costco gas. But I don't think the detergent package is up to par with the big brands. After the Explorer's plug change, I'll try Costco 87 again on that vehicle.
