Well I did an online dispute with Equafax. Experian wants me to pay for another report because it's been more than 90 days since my last free report with them.

I will just wait till 3-3-2010 and then it will be free. So they want $ 10.50 for the report before they will let you file the dispute, or to even talk to an agent on the phone. Or you need to wait another year. What a scam....

I will see if Transunion lets me do it for free.....

If you have inaccuracies on your file, they're supposed to give you a free report.

I've found though that it's easier pulling your own teeth while jumping through a hoop while hopping on a pogo stick doing backflips then dealing with credit bureaus.

Truer words have not been spoken. Poorly regulated with little enforcement from the federal trade commission its pure credit anarchy. Any creditor or collection agency can place negatives on your report with little or no proof and despite disputes will put them back.

Well Transunion is making me go around in circles online to file a dispute.......

Then after about 15 minutes it says it's unavailable......
I will try it in a day or so.

Got a dispute filed with Transunion. Just need to wait a couple of months to file the Experian dispute.
