Hi everyone, I've been wanting to convert the Shadow over to a manual transmission ever since I got it, and the opportunity has finally presented itself. I found a donor car in Corpus Christi ('92 Duster w/250,000 miles on it 
) had it shipped up here, and it's sitting at my mechanic's shop waiting to be disassembled.
My question is about the recommended transmission fluid in 1993 for the Chrysler A543. It calls for 5W30.
Do you guys think this could be improved upon by using something like MTL, or just stick with a good conventional 5W-30?
