I've notice a LOT of companies are moving away from Fram for generic filters...Pennzoil, now CT....their rep starting to catch up with them, or are the pricing themself out of the market?

Pricing no doubt. Pretty bad when a domesticly produced inexpensive filter still gets beat out for price by an offshore.
