Can someone please tell me why EVERYBODY USES ARX

I gave an ARX treatment to the engine of my Intrepid at 50,000. I also gave one to the tranny at 75,000. It now has 86,000 miles and it starts, runs and drives like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

I'm convinced that ARX gets at least part of the credit for that.

Go to Frank's website and read up.

Personally I do think Auto-RX works. It seemed to work for me. And it was even tested by a guy who does oil analysis. On the other hand, a person could drive a car or truck for 100,000 miles or more and never use Auto-RX.

I think after a vehicle has high mileage the value of Auto-RX would be more apparent. By that time there is probably some sludge in the engine and maybe the engine does not run so well now. A couple of bottles of Auto-RX may make all the difference in the world. There may be a seal leak that might be helped by Auto-RX (assuming no physical damage to the seal). Auto-RX seemed to stop a seal leak in a car I used to own.

Anyway, I am happy to have discovered Auto-RX.

Had the original poster actually taken the time to read about AutoRX on this forum it would have been blatantly obvious why it is so highly regarded. That aside, please continue to read and learn. Welcome to the asylum.

It works. As others have said, read and learn.

BTW,I am going to do another treatment (#3) on my BMW just because I want to. :) Next with be two treatments on my wife's explorer as it has over 100,000 miles.

I'll be doing an oil change on the wifeys 92 325I with 172K miles over the weekend. This is the first rinse phase using auto-rx and will be starting the 2nd clean phase. I'll be sure to post links to the photos I'll take of the filters contents.
The thread is located here on the ARX site:

I probably never would have used ARX if it wasn't for the endorsements from the members on this site. IMHO the members are extremely knowledgable. The info available is backed up by data and not just a drivers seat dyno.

I'm glad I tried Auto-rx.

keep an ear out and you'll hear some engines that sound like they're about to kill themselves.
