"Build and Price" for all new 2019 Silverado? When?

Has anyone heard when the ability to "Build and Price" the new 2019 Silverado will be available? Maybe GM could ask FCA on hints for successfully rolling out a new pickup model?

Maybe not having 8 different trim levels of one vehicle might help, with being able to release it sooner...?

One base model, and two upgraded trim levels used to be plenty (Base/WT, LS, and LT).

I heard the first week of October. Who knows. They aren't getting the greatest reviews so maybe GM is rethinking their prices.

Seen some good reviews, one of them TFLtruck. Where are the not so good reviews?

Some reviews were not impressed with the redesign. Interior hasn't changed much and the 5.3 is still gutless. GM really needs to waken these engines up with better programming. I read they also dropped two speed transfer cases which is a joke. I'm a GM truck guy but I just test drove a Ford and a Dodge, which blows the GM's out of the water. The Ford 5.0 and the 10 speed auto is one slick setup.

Two speed transfer case is still available if you get the offroad package. Still stinks that it's not standard anymore.

Trailer package is how I got it … and would not own any truck/suv without the extra cooling anyway …

AS I have posted earlier-I bought a brand new 2018 Silverado because the 2019s are hideous. Stand in front of the truck-look straight at it....what were they thinking......?

I think the front end's don't look different enough to matter one way or the other. The more rounded wheel wells on the '19's however are a big improvement, IMO.

Your funny with the FCA comment. The new Ram has resulted in a nearly 7% decrease in sales. It has been so bad the sales prices have been 25% off of MSRP on the 2019 Ram.
