I have the Bosch Super plugs in my Jeep now which are copper. Anyone know if the new Bosch Super Plus plugs are copper as well? Anyone using them?

bump for what? use champions or as mentioned above. bosch sucks ---- in most cars.. way over rated

My question was whether the new Bosch Super Plus plugs were copper, not whether Bosch sucks or not. I've been using the Bosch Super plugs for a few years in my Jeep and they have worked great, no problems. If the Bosch Super Plus are copper I will get those since they claim they will last even longer.

why not use champions? they are cheaper lost just as long and its what came in the jeep in the first place? i dont get this bosch kick haha.. ever foul plugs?? rough idle? anytying like that? slight hesitant when you smack the gas pedal?

I already responded to this but it magically disappeared.

I have never experienced any of the symptoms you describe with Bosch Super plugs.

I did use Champion plugs in the past, including the Champion Truck plugs, never had a problem with them but in the end Bosch lasted longer. I check my plugs every 10K miles and there is a noticable difference in wear after 20K. The only reason why I'm askng if the new Bosch Super Plus plugs are copper is because I would use them over the current version since they claim to last even longer.

Easiest way to get info without people telling you bosch suck would of been to go to their website. They are Yttrium enhanced copper plugs. They should have less gap erosion.

You guys need to understand he was speaking of their copper plugs, everybody knows their platinum plugs generally run too hot for most applications.

Btw, I was thinking of trying them in my ranger, but decided to go with the autolite XP's because they have a $1.50 per plug rebate on them.
They should work fine for you, let us know if you get them, and how they do.
