boron vs moly?

Could someone explain why I usually see low boron if moly is high and visa versa in the UOA?

I'm not sure what all of the elements do, so if someone could forward a summary I'd appreciate it. My search came up lacking.

Moly, Zinc, Phosphorus, and Boron are some the elements that are commonly used in anti-wear additives. So, you are just seeing different anti-wear additive packages. I am not sure if there is any correlation between though.

I believe Pennzoil's paper on it's Ultra oil said the boron was for seals and yellow metals.
