440 rebuilt in 1994 and has about 20k on the rebuild. When I got the car I realized they had the AF on wrong and the car was not breathing filtered air. I am pretty sure that lasted the whole 20k. I also think the PO may have overheated the engine in the last 5k miles.

PCV hooked up and working? Might try going up in oil weight. Blow by looks to be steady, probably weak rings. Last shot is valve stem seals. Good Luck!!!

That's quite a bit of blow-by. I'd guess it's rings. Might want to do a compression check and see if you have a low cylinder. Also a borescope would be a good idea.

It's entirely possible there is a cracked ring, or a that the cylinders were not bored out last overhaul, leading to excessive clearance. I am guessing that's not valve guides, as exhaust guides and seals would have to have insane clearances to allow that much by them.

Time to swap in a 6.4L HEMI LOL

Yuck... and its too bad because it sounds healthy otherwise. How is the oil consumption? If its not actually sucking down a lot of oil, then maybe you have the wrong pCV valve installed and it needs one with more flow (there are differences, usually they don't matter but sometimes a smallblock PCV won't flow enough for a big-block. You could also get a breather cap that vents to the air cleaner to keep the engine bay from getting all coated in vapor. See link...
