The picture with the type A atf....GM spec'd to use Type A atf in the '50s cars equipped with the two speed powerglide transmissions. I wonder if that fluid even meets that obsolete spec that it claims!

I never would have envisioned something so horrible. I shan't tell the Elves; even though they are retired, they still CARE.

I thought that I would never see
In the home of the brave and the land of the free
Such a level of perfidy
I probably won't sleep for a month or three.

Same thing that came to my mind. That is really amazing. How many junk oils do you need?

I think it would be best to just dump that entire aisle into a used oil collection container. Maybe then something decent could be made from it.

Yay some Valvoline Nextgen:) still better than refine crude asphalt looking oil.

With that many bad apples in one bunch you have to think the person in charge knows exactly what they are doing. Maybe the conspiracy theory about destroying engines warrants more investigation.

I find it hard to believe that it is even legal to sell products like this. Most people have no idea about engine oil and may use this on a regular basis. Very sad.

Gonna toss a counter-point out here....

Someone is driving around in an old beater, or even a decent car, and it is seriously low on oil...I'd rather see them dump in something resembling oil...that will keep the engine going...

An engine will keep going on using even the poorest quality oil better than if it is run out of oil...yeah, these products are poor quality, but they will do the job in a pinch.

True, but these shelves could have GTX, VWB, PYB....etc any of the cheapest API-approved conventional oils on them and selling for the same price and that person that you speak of would be a heck of a lot better off.......

IMO....the store owner/chain store knows that the oil is pure garbage and must have got it really cheap.

Legitimate stores would not carry this type of oil since their may be a lot of lost customers.

IMO...The manager/owner knows this oil did not sell and will cause an engine to fail....wherever it was last....so now they hope to unload this oil on people in Illinois.

Anything for a buck.....no matter how devious and sinister the product performs. Who is still trying to unload this [censored]? They change the name to "Black Knight"....that should be a tip for all to read.

You can dress up a pig and give it a fancy label....but it's still a pig.

IMO...the thugs behind these oils should be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.....and lock them up to protect the public.

It is fraud. Which is a serious crime.

Too bad they are not in CA, OR, or WA, they would be doing SERIOUS time for trying to sell this junk.
