I'm going to buy one of those Bluetooth dongles so I can hook my phone to the OBD II system. I have an iPhone and I haven't seen any apps that really impress me.

I saw a Porsche today with Korean tyres.
Not really relevant. If the cheapest adapter works (not defective) and supports the OBDII protocol(s) you need (many do not, hit or miss before canbus), then you get all the performance out of them, unlike generic tires on a sports car.
Torque Pro - $5 from the Play Store. Extremely well-supported, lots of plugins and themes, and compatible with a massive range of adapters. Also runs quite well on an average Android phone.
