What is the best carbon remover for a 2 cycle Direct Injection? What is the best for keeping it clean too?

Make sure you are using the right oil. I would use a major name if not the mfg brand.

I like to use additives for every tank of gas to remove carbon. I know mercury recommends quikleen for 2 and 4 stroke engines. Evinrude makes a similar product called Carbon Guard. Yamaha makes a similar product but I cannot remember the name. Some say to give them a shock treatment every so often. I put it in every tank of gas. Quikleen at the recommended rate is about $0.18 per gallon and I think the Carbon Guard from Evinrude is a little cheaper than that. I use both depending on where I am when I need to buy.

If it already has a lot of carbon then the method of Seafoam into the motor will remove the carbon. The motor companies also sell a product to rapidly remove the carbon buildup. Mercury's is Power Tune. I have a can of the Evinrude brand as well but cannot remember the name of it. Seafoam is about $7.00 a can - Power Tune is about $9.00 a can - and The Evinrude product is about $12.00 a can where I buy. I use the Power Tune. It is in a convenient spray bottle and is quick and easy. The Seafoam is almost as expensive and requires special mixing or putting into a special spray bottle. The Evinrude cleaner is convenient but used to require several hours sitting - it may not now.

I also add the marine grade Stabil to every tank. The cost of this is around $0.13 per gallon.

I've been looking at that product, but couldet find it anywhere around here. Any suggestions where i can find it?
