Miller is correct.

One other thing. Don't sign anything from either insurance company without consulting an attorney.

Thanks everyone, sincerely. I have to go to urgent care now, it's worse.

hopefully it's only some torn muscles and nothing more! Keep us updated so we don't worry. Not that it should be your priority, but when you can I mean.

tpitcher, you have my condolences. go easy on yourself, focus on healing up and your next automotive project. maybe another Saturn?

Sorry to hear.

I don't see any reason to, at least not at this point. As long as there isn't a limits issue, he's probably fine-- the adjusters will figure it out. It doesn't sound like the other party suffered significant damage anyway.

Yea, I went to the doctor. Put me on useless Vicodin.

Nothing broken, no visible bruises. Painful though. Just left lower ribs & neck pain. All motor skills, etc. eval exercises the doc put me thru are ok.

Nope, he didn't. I think I just go where I want and they submit the claim.

If it goes past the insurance folks, then get a lawyer.

Around here, the PT/OT/ST's need a prescription for therapy from a doc to start therapy for insurance reasons if the insurance is paying. Might be different depending on area.

Glad the doc said you're OK even though you have aches & pains.

RIP Saturn. Another one bit the dust protecting the precious cargo on the inside.

Hope you get to 100% fast.

Really glad to hear you are okay, sounds like all things considered, you fared pretty well - you are walking around!

Hate to say it, but forget the car, and look forward - this gives you a chance to get a new, high-mpg commuter. Looking forward to hearing what you 'get into'.

Sid - PM me with what you're interested with. Engine is fantastic, tires are great, lots of other good stuff.

Hope this isn't too soon to ask, but given any thought to what you will be replacing it with? Done any looking?
