Roughly:
$80k a year for captain
$40k ish for a mate or general labor.
$15K for dockage (variable)
$50k-$100k for maintenance.
Now the question is fuel?
$100k at least.
Of course if something big requires work or you fish a lot the maintenance and fuel numbers will move up rapidly. I mean you could spend $200k on electronics if not more without to much trouble.
